Do I need to be a member to book a space?
You need a free Jikoni account with identity verification to book. Browsing spaces and rates doesn't require an account.
What are Jikoni's access hours?
The space is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm EAT. Access outside these hours requires prior written arrangement and may incur an additional charge.
What's the minimum booking length?
Meeting rooms, the workshop space, and the studio have a 2-hour minimum booking. The event grounds are booked by half day or full day only.
What's included with a booking?
AV equipment, projectors, and whiteboards are provided in each room, along with Wi-Fi and access to the shared kitchen and common areas.
How do I book a space for an event?
Bookings where the primary purpose is to host an audience or production — workshops, launches, screenings, private functions — follow the Event Hosting Policy: a 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due 5 business days before the event.
